Warehouse Admin Assistant – 3PL Logistics | Horsley Park

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Administration Assistant to join a busy 3PL warehouse operation based in Horsley Park. This role is being offered initially as a casual position through our agency, with strong potential to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate.

About the Role
You will be supporting the day-to-day warehouse and transport administration functions, working closely with operations staff, drivers, and customers in a fast-paced workplace.

7:00am – 3:00pm, Monday-Friday, $35 per hour plus super

Key Responsibilities

- Data entry and spreadsheet management
- General warehouse administration duties
- Liaising with warehouse and transport teams
- Customer service and communication with clients




- Assisting with operational coordination and reporting
- Supporting daily transport and logistics activities

Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Strong Excel and spreadsheet experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse or transport environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- A customer service-focused attitude
- Willingness to learn and develop within the logistics industry
- Reliable, punctual, and professional presentation
