The Meat & Wine Co Castlereagh Street is looking for friendly and reliable Experienced Wait Staff and Runners to join our team.

We have part-time positions available offering around 20 - 30 hours per week.

Who We’re Looking For

- Previous a la carte restaurant experience

- A valid RSA

- A positive, professional attitude and eagerness to grow

- Confidence with POS systems and cash handling

- Strong wine knowledge and excellent service skills





- Versatile availability across a rotating 7-day roster (nights, weekends & public holidays)
