Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full lifecycle delivery of civil infrastructure projects
- Driving programme, cost, safety, and quality outcomes
- Managing client and stakeholder relationships throughout delivery
- Overseeing procurement, forecasting, and commercial performance
- Identifying project risks and implementing practical solutions
- Mentoring and developing engineers and site staff
To be successful you must have the following
- Strong background delivering infrastructure projects including roads, bulk earthworks, drainage, or subdivisions
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in fast-paced project environments
