New Caravan Sales Consultant

Lawrence RV is one of Queensland’s fastest growing caravan dealerships and we are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our expanding team in Burpengary.

This is a genuine high-income opportunity with uncapped commissions, strong enquiry flow and the ability to represent premium Australian caravan brands within a quick-growing dealership environment.

The Role

This role focuses on the sale of new caravans from both in-stock inventory and factory build orders.

You will manage customers through the full purchasing journey, from initial enquiry through to pick up day, helping them select layouts, colours, upgrades and specifications that suit their needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing inbound enquiries, showroom traffic and appointments

- Selling new caravans from stock and custom factory orders

- Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline

- Following up enquiries and customer opportunities consistently

- Guiding customers through layouts, upgrades and selections

- Preparing accurate sales documentation and factory orders

- Maintaining communication throughout the build and delivery process

- Assisting with stock presentation and online listings

- Delivering a premium customer experience from enquiry to handover

About You





We are looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in automotive, caravan, marine, machinery or similar sales industries

- Confident building rapport and converting opportunities into sales

- Organised and structured in managing leads and follow-up

- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously

- Professional in presentation and communication

- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools

- Driven to achieve strong results and maximise earning potential

A current QLD Motor Salesperson Licence is desirable but not essential.
