The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity is available for an Senior Accountant who would like to delve deeper into building solid client relationships, working across a complex and diverse portfolio, while mentoring junior team members.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about business advisory, eager to continue developing their technical skills, and motivated by clear career progression opportunities within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Attend and actively contribute to face-to-face client meetings
- Review work completed by junior team members and provide guidance and mentorship
- Prepare and review compliance work
- Assist with management reporting and advisory tasks




- Work closely with clients to deliver high-quality business services solutions

About You

- CA or CPA qualified (or nearing completion), or overseas equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within Australian public practice
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Xero, MYOB, and related accounting software
- A proactive attitude with a genuine interest in professional growth and client advisory
