The Opportunity:
You’ll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of a successful sales business, supporting a leading agent within a well-established, high-performing network. With a focus on quality over volume, this role is perfectly suited to someone polished, organised, and driven to build a long-term career in residential sales.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing all administrative responsibilities to support a high-performing agent
- Coordinating the end-to-end sales process, including liaising with vendors, buyers, and solicitors
- Preparing marketing campaigns and managing property listings
- Diary management and scheduling appointments
- Attending out-of-office appointments such as photoshoots, building & pest inspections, and pre-settlement inspections
- Overseeing property preparation and presentation for market
- Assisting with open homes and auction preparation
- Managing the exchange through to settlement process, including invoicing
- Supporting prospecting and buyer engagement activities
About You
- Previous real estate experience is essential
- Holds a Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Impeccable presentation and communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Driven, proactive, and eager to grow within a high-performance team
- Comfortable working Tuesday to Saturday (with a weekday RDO)
