The Role

You will deliver engaging, hands-on training to both corporate clients and public courses.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering accredited CPR and First Aid training

• Creating practical and engaging learning experiences

• Teaching skills people will remember when it matters most

• Assessing learner competency and providing feedback

• Helping learners gain confidence to respond in emergencies





Trainers with Nursing or Paramedic backgrounds may also deliver:

• Medication Administration

• Manual Handling

• Other health-related training

What You Need

• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent) – essential

• Experience in health, first aid, fitness, emergency services, childcare or similar

• Nursing or Paramedic background (highly regarded)

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• A genuine passion for teaching and helping others
