- Have a strong understanding of the EYLF, National Quality Standards, and Regulations

- Are committed to reflective practice, continuous improvement, and child safety

- Availability to work Monday - Friday varying hours.

Your Responsibilities

- Plan and implement engaging, high-quality educational programs (depending on the role)

- Build and maintain strong relationships with families, children, and colleagues





- Support a culture of reflection, responsibility, and excellence

- Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels secure, valued and supported

- Champion child safety and wellbeing, ensuring best practice is embedded in everyday interactions

- Maintain high standards of care, supervision and compliance in line with service policies and regulations

- Contribute to a positive team culture built on open communication, respect and shared responsibility

- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity and a genuine passion for early childhood education

Requirements

- Minimum Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

- Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, and Child Protection Training and National Child Safety Training

- Obtain or hold a current National Police Check (Criminal History Check)
