About the role!
You will manage a varied and engaging family law caseload, including property, parenting and child support matters. Many files involve significant assets, businesses, trusts and SMSFs, giving you the chance to deepen your expertise while working closely with senior lawyers.
- Lead client relationships with high-net-worth individuals
- Handle complex financial disputes and sensitive parenting matters
- Work across business interests, trusts, SMSFs and substantial asset pools
- Collaborate with senior lawyers and benefit from ongoing mentoring
- Contribute to the continued growth of the family law practice
- Package: $100,000 to $150,000 DOE
What you'll bring!
- 3-6+ years PAE in Family Law (private practice experience is needed)
- Experience gained in private practice firms
- Achieving your set billable targets
- Strong background in financial and parenting disputes
- Experience with business, trust or complex property matters
- Excellent client management, negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage complex cases with minimal supervision
- Team-oriented attitude and a genuine interest in career advancement
