About the Role
We are a Commercial fit-out company specialising in partition walls and plastering, and we’re looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who understands the pace and detail of commercial interiors. You’ll be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise installation of partition walls, ceilings, and plastering works

- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and internal crews

- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

- Ensure works are completed in line with program timelines

- Maintain high-quality finishes across all stages of the project

- Enforce WHS requirements and site safety compliance

- Liaise with builders, project managers, and other trades on-site





- Identify and resolve site issues quickly and effectively

About You

- Proven experience supervising commercial fit-out projects

- Strong background in partitioning, plasterboard, and finishing trades

- Ability to manage multiple trades and tight deadlines

- Confident reading plans and setting out works

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Reliable, organised, and solutions-focused

Requirements

- Relevant trade background (plastering/drywall highly regarded)

- White Card

- Valid driver’s licence

- Pervious experience Managing Commercial sites.
