Olesuke is a leading registered disability service provider located in Parramatta NSW. We offer personalised and detail-oriented care customised to each client. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner (BSP) with forensic mental health experience to join our team as a sub-contractor. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring behaviour support plans tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. Your expertise will play a crucial role in fostering positive behaviours and improving overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop comprehensive behaviour support plans.
-Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure the effective implementation of behaviour strategies.
-Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, making adjustments as necessary.




-Provide training and support to families and caregivers to promote understanding and adherence to behaviour plans.
-Stay up-to-date with best practices and NDIS regulations to ensure compliance and quality service delivery.

Key Requirements:
-Minimum of 5 years experience working within the NDIS space.
-Must have experience with Forensic Mental Health Patients.
-Relevant qualifications in psychology, social work, or a related field.
-Must possess a valid VIN (Visitor Identification Number).
-Solid understanding of behaviour support principles and practices.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
-A commitment to person-centred practices and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with disabilities.
