We are seeking an organised, proactive and contractor-focused Project & Installation Co-ordinator to join our team who will report directly to the National Trade and Installation Manager. This role is critical in coordinating installers and installation dates, managing customer expectations, ensuring projects run smoothly, effectively and that we have a consistent flow of work across our trade network.

About the Role
As the Project Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating kitchen & wardrobe installation bookings, managing installer schedules, and supporting the wider installation trade network to deliver exceptional service outcomes while maintaining consistency.
You’ll work closely with installers, suppliers, customer service teams, and project stakeholders to ensure installations are scheduled efficiently, on time, and to a standard our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate kitchen installations across multiple regions nationally
- Liaise daily with installers, trades,
customers and internal departments
- Manage installation calendars and allocate jobs effectively
- Monitor installation progress and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Ensure all required documentation, check measures and compliance items are completed prior to installation
- Communicate changes, delays and updates professionally and promptly
- Support installers with job-related administration and logistics
- Assist with maintaining workflow efficiency and customer satisfaction
About You
- Previous scheduling or coordination experience required
- Experience within kitchen, construction, trades or home improvement industries highly regarded
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office and an ability to learn scheduling systems
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset who wants to grow
