About the Role

This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Narangba site, ensuring efficiency across all activities while delivering a high level of customer service and building solid relationships with trade clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain high standards across:

* Yard presentation and organisation

* Building maintenance and upkeep

* Workplace health and safety compliance

* Pick, pack, load, and unload customer orders and deliveries

* Liaise closely with transport management in Maryborough

* Coordinate transport and dispatch using Apex Freight systems

1. A standard car licence is required for this position.

* Serve customers and process all sales documentation

* Monitor stock levels and place orders to maintain supply

* Manage site requirements, including fuel, equipment maintenance, and repairs

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business

* Manage a portfolio of trade clients, primarily landscaping contractors

1. A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in the masonry or building materials industry is required.
