About the role
This is a service-led permanent recruitment role within our Schools division, focused on quality, relationships, and long-term impact across Sydney and regional NSW.

You’ll partner with schools across a broad, diverse regional geography -including smaller towns - where recruitment can be more challenging but deeply rewarding. This is not a quick-win desk; it’s a relationship-driven market where resilience, consistency, and a long-term mindset are key.

Working closely with an experienced leadership team in Sydney and our global ANZUK network, you’ll focus on building meaningful partnerships and connecting schools with educators both locally and internationally.

What you’ll be doing:

- Partner with schools across Sydney and regional NSW to understand their hiring needs and deliver exceptional recruitment support
- Take a business development led approach, building and nurturing long-term relationships with school leaders
- Source, interview, and match high-quality educators to permanent opportunities, including those form international markets
- Build strong, trusted relationships with both educators and school leaders
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate and client experience
- Write and market educator profiles to schools, creating meaningful opportunities
- Maintain high standards of compliance, documentation, and candidate care
