Metrocool Group, located in Werribee, is a long-established Refrigeration & Air conditioning services business. We service, maintain, and install refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment for commercial, industrial, and domestic industries across Melbourne’s greater metropolitan areas.

We are currently seeking a Refrigeration Mechanic (Service)…

- Servicing, breakdown repairs and maintenance of commercial, Industrial & domestic refrigeration & air-conditioning systems

- Installation and commissioning of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems.

- Diagnosing faults, repair, service and preventative maintenance & installation of various types of air conditioners, cool rooms and commercial fridges / freezers.

- Diagnosing, Repairing and servicing VRF/VRV systems of all brand types.

- Diagnosing, Repairing and servicing package unit systems

About you…

- Trade Qualifications, Certificate III Refrigeration (Essential)

- VBA registered, White Card, Current Driver's License,

- WWCC (or willingness to obtain)

- Refrigerant Handling License

- Experience with HVAC systems and willingness to learn & adopt new skills.

- VRF/VRV experience is highly desirable





- Team player and able to liaise professionally with other trades / suppliers / customers and co-workers

- Clear verbal & written communication skills

- Valuable work ethic, reliable and pride in your workmanship
