**Burger Urge is bringing its legendary burgers to**Burpengary East** - and we’re looking for a driven and hands-on **Venue Manager** to lead the team and launch this exciting new restaurant.

For over 18 years, Burger Urge (BU) has been serving up mouth-watering, juicy burgers made the right way - with premium local ingredients, bold flavours, and recipes that are both classic and on-trend. **The Role**:
As Venue Manager, you’ll take the reins of our **brand-new Burpengary East restaurant**. You’ll be the driving force behind the team, customer experience, and day-to-day operations.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Leading, motivating, and developing your team to deliver exceptional service.




- Overseeing daily operations: staffing, inventory, service, and facilities.
- Driving sales, analysing performance, and making data-driven decisions.
- Creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Building great relationships with suppliers and partners.

- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
