We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Representative / Enrolment Officer to join our growing team in Punchbowl, NSW.

About the Role

nThis is a key front-facing role focused on student recruitment, course sales, enrolment processing, and ongoing learner support.nYou will be responsible for converting enquiries into enrolments, guiding students through the enrolment process, maintaining compliance requirements, and ensuring a positive student experience from first contact through to commencement.n

This role requires strong sales ability, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and confidence working within compliance-driven education environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to inbound student enquiries via phone, email, website, walk-ins, and social media
n
- Conduct course consultations and provide accurate information about training programs
n
- Convert leads into student enrolments and achieve enrolment targets
n
- Follow up warm leads and manage ongoing sales pipelines
n
- Assist students with enrolment forms, documentation, and eligibility requirements
n
- Explain course fees, payment options, and training pathways clearly
n
- Ensure enrolment documentation is accurate and compliant
n
- Liaise with trainers,



administration staff, and partner RTOs regarding student onboarding
n
- Maintain CRM and student management systems accurately
n
- Support marketing campaigns, student referrals, and promotional activities
n
- Build strong relationships with employers, apprentices, and industry stakeholders where required
n

About You

nYou will ideally have:nn
- Previous experience in sales, student recruitment, enrolments, or admissions
n
- Experience in vocational education, RTOs, training organisations, or education sales highly regarded
n
- Strong ability to build rapport and close sales professionally
n
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
n
- Strong administration and organisational skills
n
- High attention to detail and ability to manage compliance requirements
n
- Confidence using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online enrolment platforms
n
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
n
- Professional presentation and a positive, solutions-focused attitude
n

Desirable (but not essential)

- Experience with VET/Student Management Systems (such as aXcelerate)
n
- Understanding of ASQA compliance and enrolment requirements
n
- Experience working with apprenticeships and traineeships
n
- Knowledge of funded and fee-for-service training models
n
