About the Role
Manage a well-maintained portfolio with the support of leasing, admin, and trust accounting teams
Build and nurture strong relationships with Rental Providers and Renters
Conduct routine inspections, rent reviews, and lease renewals
Handle maintenance coordination, compliance and VCAT preparation (if required)
Deliver exceptional service that reflects our brand’s high standards
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3–4 years of residential Property Management experience
Current Agent’s Representative Certificate and driver’s licence
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
A proactive attitude and passion for customer care
A solutions-focused mindset
