**Key Educator Approach**: Educators build strong, secure attachments by working closely with a small group of children, promoting consistent relationships and supporting individual development. Goodstart St Leonards is a 66-place centre and is rated Meeting National Quality Standards.

**You’ll need**:
Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
