What We’re Looking For

n

We’re looking for someone who:

n

- Has at least 1 year of experience in Australian community pharmacy (essential)
- Has experience as a Dispensary Technician
- Is confident, accurate, and efficient in dispensary workflow
- Takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and maintaining high dispensary standards
- Genuinely enjoys helping customers and supporting patient care




- Works well in a team and contributes to a positive, professional environment
- Can work independently and take ownership of their role

What the Role Involves

n

As a Dispensary Technician (Webster Packing), your responsibilities will include:

n

- Taking in and handing out prescriptions
- Dispensing medications and processing S3 and S4 requests
- Preparing and managing Webster packs accurately and efficiently (core part of the role)
- Assisting with dispensary workflow and day-to-day operations
- Stock management tasks such as stocktaking, ordering, and reporting
- Processing sales and helping maintain an organised, efficient dispensary
- Supporting the team in delivering a high standard of customer service and patient care

n

This is a part-time position with a minimum of 20 hours per week.

- Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Saturday: 8:30am – 2:00pm
- Sunday: Closed
