My Pet Hub Townsville is a multi-disciplinary facility with pet care offerings of Veterinary, Doggy Daycare, Cat Boarding, Feline Radioactive Iodine Treatment, Canine Rehabilitation & Hydrotherapy, and Grooming. Run by an experienced and motivated team, our aim is to provide excellent veterinary care with an emphasis on maintaining and improving our patient’s emotional health. ISFM Cat Friendly clinic accreditation and Low Stress/Fear Free patient handling skills are fundamental in ensuring we achieve this.

Veterinary Receptionist (Part Time or Full Time), My Pet Hub Townsville

My Pet Hub Townsville is a multi-disciplinary facility with pet care offerings of Veterinary, Doggy Daycare, Cat Boarding, Feline Radioactive Iodine Treatment, Canine Rehabilitation & Hydrotherapy, and Grooming. Run by an experienced and motivated team, our aim is to provide excellent veterinary care with an emphasis on maintaining and improving our patient’s emotional health. ISFM Cat Friendly clinic accreditation and Low Stress/Fear Free patient handling skills are fundamental in ensuring we achieve this.

Essential Requirements

- Someone who is excited to be a part of an innovative growing business with a passionate and highly motivated team
- A desire to offer the best standards of care for patients while showing empathy and support for clients in all aspects of their pets’ care
- Someone who recognises our team is essential to provide excellent client and patient care
- Client facing reception experience is essential, with knowledge of the Veterinary Industry an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Someone who thrives on autonomy and exercises initiative

Responsibilities Include

- Contributing to the smooth day to day running of My Pet Hub by managing appointment bookings for all departments
- Managing client enquiries via phone, email, social media, and face to face
- Managing client and patient files
- Daily banking & managing client payments
- Varied administrative tasks
