Your Next Opportunity

We’re looking for a part‑time Cook to join our Byron Bay Holidays site, reporting to the Venue Manager. In this role you’ll support kitchen operations, maintain high food standards and help deliver exceptional experiences for guests and residents.

Location: Anna Bay, just moments from Port Stephens’ stunning beaches, walks and local attractions.

In this Role, You’ll

- Oversee daily food preparation, cooking, presentation and overall kitchen quality
- Manage stock, ordering, daily prep and inspect all incoming produce
- Maintain strict food safety, cleanliness and kitchen standards




- Minimise waste and ensure freshness through efficient use of ingredients
- Support team and operational needs, stepping into additional duties when required

- Put guests first, making decisions with their experience and safety front of mind
- Work efficiently, manage your time well and uphold high quality and food safety standards
- Collaborate positively with others, staying resilient and level‑headed under pressure
- Bring experience in a commercial kitchen, delivering food that delights guests and meets safety requirements
- Understand food safety, cost control and industry standards, and apply Ingenia policies and SOPs in daily work
