Position Purpose

Position Purpose
Certis Security Australia has multiple positions available on the Gold Coast for dedicated individuals who enjoy working with the public when providing key safety and security support. The position is a fixed roster mostly geared toward weekend work. We are looking for individuals with great communication skills, who work effectively as a part of a large team and can provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities

- Provide a high quality security services at several event locations
- Provide a customer service approach
- Take a problem solving approach to conflict situations
- Promote and encourage team work and professionalism
- Perform both static, crowd control, screening and escorting
- Provide way finding to customers and directional assistance
- High level personal grooming and presentation

Qualification
Mandatory

- Current QLD Security License with Crowd Control (essential)
- Driver Licence
- First Aid Certificate
- Current or the ability to obtain Railway Cat 3 medical clearance
- 24/7 Availability
- Experience in a similar role preferred.
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Desirable

- Driver's license
- CPR
- Working with children's
- Base line clearance
- MSIC

Knowledge

- Service industries background
- Security industry
