About the Role

n

Respond to internal and external enquiries, manage and direct incoming calls, process mail, and provide professional first-point customer service.

n

Complete data entry in SuccessFactors and the site training and control systems.

n

Maintain accurate site records and extract data to produce reports within required timeframes.

n

Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, contributing to a respectful, collaborative, and inclusive workplace.

n

Share knowledge and teach work skills to other employees where competent and authorised to do so.

About You To succeed in this role, you will bring:

Proven experience providing administrative support with a strong customer service focus.

Well developed communication skills and the ability to liaise confidently with site personnel and management.

Competent Microsoft Office skills across the full suite of applications.

Excellent time management and organisational capability, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
