As part of Award Global, Award Mortgage is a leading mortgage brokerage firm dedicated to providing clients with tailored lending solutions while empowering our brokers with industry‑leading resources. We are now seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead, inspire, and oversee the operations of our branch.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of mortgage brokers to achieve business goals.
- Design and implement tailored training and development plans for each broker.
- Monitor broker performance and provide continuous coaching and feedback.
- Support brokers in maintaining strong relationships with banks, lenders, and industry partners.
- Collaborate closely with back‑office credit and processing teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Oversee daily branch operations, including administration, expense management, and profitability, within the profit‑sharing business model.
- Contribute to the branch marketing strategy and execute local campaigns to drive client acquisition and business growth.
- Provide regular performance reports to the CEO,
focusing on team outcomes and business results.
- Leverage the operational framework, compliance support, marketing assets, and sales enablement tools provided by Head Office to optimize performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in mortgage broking or banking (e.g., Relationship Manager, Personal Banker, Lending Manager, Home Investment Manager, Mobile Home Finance Manager, Lending Specialist, Broker Support Manager, Mortgage Manager).
- Strong understanding of broker–client–bank dynamics.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to train, mentor, and inspire teams.
- A proactive, hands‑on leadership style with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent relationship management skills with lenders, clients, and internal teams.
- Business acumen with the ability to oversee branch operations, profitability, and growth.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to marketing and business development initiatives.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English will be highly regarded.
- Note: An accredited broker license is not mandatory, as the focus of this role is on team management and operational oversight.
