About The Role

With continued growth across the Victorian market, TSA Riley is seeking an experienced Senior Associate – Cost Management to join our Melbourne team and play a key role across both Property and Infrastructure sectors.

This is an opportunity for a capable cost manager who may be feeling limited in their current environment – ready to step into broader responsibility, deeper client engagement, and more complex project exposure – while being supported by an established leadership team and national capability.

You’ll work across a diverse portfolio spanning Commercial Property, Social Infrastructure, Residential, Transport & Utilities, partnering with both private and government clients.

In This Role, You Will

- Lead full lifecycle cost consultancy and quantity surveying services from feasibility through to final account




- Take ownership of significant project packages and support major commissions across property and infrastructure
- Act as a trusted day‑to‑day advisor to clients, contractors and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to building team capability in Victoria
- Support business development and market engagement initiatives, with the backing of senior leaders
- Contribute to the continued growth of TSA Riley's integrated Property & Infrastructure offering

You’ll have genuine scope to grow your profile and capability, without being expected to build a practice in isolation.

About You

- 8+ years’ experience in cost management or quantity surveying across Property and/or Infrastructure sectors
- Experience delivering medium to large‑scale projects, ideally with exposure to complex stakeholder environments
- Ideally Chartered (RICS) or actively working towards chartership
- Strong commercial acumen and a solid understanding of construction methodology and cost planning stages
- Confident managing client relationships and leading project deliverables
- An emerging leader who enjoys mentoring others and contributing to team growth
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen, with the ability to obtain security clearances where required
