About the Role

- Lead by example by adhering to all Company and Client policies, procedures, and standards, and actively encourage others to do the same.
- Conduct risk assessments in line with Company requirements and communicate findings promptly.
- Engage regularly with management and supervisors to discuss and address HSEQ matters.
- Investigate, or support the investigation of, workplace incidents to ensure accurate reporting and effective corrective actions.
- Work collaboratively across teams to maintain strong productivity and deliver high quality service outcomes.

About You

To be successful in this position, you will demonstrate:

- A current Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confident, clear communication.
- A proven commitment to protected work practices and sound environmental stewardship.
- Experience within the mining sector or a comparable heavy industry environment.




- A valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
