Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in API automation, proficiency in Java/Selenium, and hands‑on experience with DevOps practices and AWS cloud services. This role will be pivotal in ensuring our software products meet the highest quality standards through automated testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for API testing using Java and Selenium.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements and define testing strategies for new features and enhancements.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment process and ensure quality assurance at every stage of development.




- Utilize AWS services for testing environments, including setting up and managing test infrastructure.
- Conduct thorough analysis of testing results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
- Mentor and guide junior quality engineers in best practices for automated testing and quality assurance.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing.
- Proficient in Java programming and automation tools, specifically Selenium.
- Solid understanding of API testing methodologies and tools.
- Experience with DevOps principles and practices, including CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services and cloud‑based testing environments.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum work environment.
- Expert level understanding of software testing types, techniques, tools, processes, and methodologies. Valuable experience in using Bug Tracking system like JIRA or QC.
- Good understanding of Project Life Cycle and Test Life Cycle.
