About the Role
This is a fixed‑term position from June 2026 to February 2027, with the potential to transition into a permanent role. You will split your time evenly between clinic‑based care and community‑based care, delivering high‑quality, person‑centred exercise physiology services.
In this role, you will:
- Confidently plan and run exercise classes within the clinic setting
- Deliver individualised exercise programs for acute and chronic conditions
- Work with a diverse client base including paediatrics, people with disabilities, and complex presentations
- Provide general Exercise Physiology services within the clinic workplace
- Deliver in‑home services across NDIS, Aged Care and Community Care caseloads
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary allied health team
- Educate and empower patients through movement, lifestyle and behaviour change strategies
What We’re Looking For
- Be confident running group exercise classes independently
- Have experience working with paediatric clients
- Be comfortable supporting patients with disabilities and varying functional abilities
- Enjoy delivering general EP services in a busy clinic environment
- Thrive working autonomously while being part of a supportive team
- Be adaptable and organised, enjoying variety in your day

Essential Requirements
- Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology / Exercise Science
- Current ESSA Accreditation
- Skilled Indemnity Insurance
- Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check
