We provide person-centred and holistic support services tailored to assist participants in living safely and comfortably at home by building capacity and giving them choice and control.

What we are looking for

- At least 1 years experience in the field and full registration with AHPRA
- Experience in Aged Care, Private Practice or Hospital Setting
- Experience with outcome measures: DEMMI, PMS, TUG, 6mwt, VAS
- Experience in delivering services to Geriatric and adult patients
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a MDT
- Aged Care experience preferred but not a necessity
- Drivers licence
- COVID-19 vaccinations (2 doses minimum) and First Aid Certificate

What we offer

- All expenses paid Company Car with the position ( fuel card, insurance ect)




- Salary range $85,000-$110,000, dependent on experience + Super (Paid above award salary)
- In house Supervision provided by our Snr Physiotherapist ( with 10 years’ experience)
- Travel to clients within your local area only
- Flexible working conditions- Mon- Fri operating business hours

- No weekends, no public holidays!
