About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Compliance & Educational Leader to drive educational quality, mentor educators, and lead continuous improvement across our three Early Learning Centres. This is a dynamic, hands‑on leadership role that blends pedagogical expertise with operational compliance.
Working in partnership with the Head of Early Learning and Centre Coordinators, you will:
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Mentor and coach educators to strengthen teaching practice, reflective inquiry, and professional growth
- Embed contemporary research, inclusive education, and child‑centred pedagogies into daily practice
- Oversee curriculum planning, assessment, and documentation to ensure meaningful learning outcomes
- Drive Quality Improvement Planning (QIP) and lead preparation for Assessment & Rating
- Ensure ongoing compliance with the National Quality Standards and Education and Care Services Regulations
- Foster a collaborative, values‑driven culture across all centres
You will champion child agency, intentional teaching, and culturally responsive practice, while supporting teams to exceed regulatory and quality benchmarks.
About You
You are a strategic thinker and confident leader who thrives on building educator capability and driving meaningful change.
You Will Bring
- An ACECQA‑approved Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in early childhood education, including leadership experience
- Deep knowledge of EYLF, NQS, National Law and Regulations
- Proven success mentoring educators and leading pedagogical improvement
- Experience with Assessment & Rating processes and Quality Improvement Planning
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, and relationship‑building skills
- Commitment to inclusive, trauma‑informed, and culturally responsive practice
Experience in an Educational Leader role or similar capacity will be highly regarded.
