Position Title: HSIE / Business & Legal Studies Teacher

About the position
We are seeking both an enthusiastic HSIE and Stage 6 Business Studies/Legal Studies teacher to complement the school's dynamic team. We welcome teachers who are collegial, innovative, and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate how you meet the following:
- Inspire excellence in teaching and learning by fostering intellectual inquiry and demonstrating cutting-edge pedagogy
- Comprehensive knowledge of the NSW Curriculum and its recent developments
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude to learning
- High standard of competency, proficiency, and innovation as a classroom teacher
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with peers, students, and other internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to contribute to the school community through involvement in Co-curricular activities
- Teacher pf Stage 6 Business Studies and/or Legal Studies.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Have current accreditation with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- All applicants must be supportive of the ethos of the Islamic Faith.

The salary package for this position is in accordance with the Independent Schools of NSW Support & Operational Staff Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2025/ Independent Schools (Teachers) Cooperative Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2025.
