As a Dealer Business Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping dealership success. Working closely with dealer leadership, you’ll identify opportunities, drive performance, and ensure every dealership delivers the premium Mazda experience. Reporting to the State Manager – QLD, this role is based at our office in Eight Mile Plains and offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact with a brand known for excellence.

This role requires a full-time, on-site presence, five days a week, to foster collaboration, strengthen team connections, and ensure seamless support across the business.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute quarterly business plans for sales, service, and parts to meet KPIs
- Analyse dealer performance and identify growth opportunities
- Support integration of Mazda standards and programs across dealership operations
- Champion The Mazda Mindset and sustainability initiatives within the dealer network
- Report on dealer performance and present insights to the Mazda Executive Team

Qualifications

- 3–5 years’ experience in business development or a similar commercial role, ideally within the automotive or retail sector
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving ability, capable of interpreting data, prioritising competing demands, and driving results
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, including Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Teams
