Responsibilities

- Apply strong cataloguing and metadata skills across a variety of library systems
- Create, update, and maintain bibliographic and authority records
- Support collection management, acquisitions, and resource discovery workflows
- Work collaboratively in library teams to deliver high-quality information services
- Contribute to improving accessibility, accuracy, and usability of library collections

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in cataloguing/metadata standards
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience
- Proficiency with library management systems and digital resource tools




- Strong attention to detail and a passion for structured information
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Relevant library qualifications (Librarianship or Library Technician) | Eligible for ALIA qualified membership
