Overview

We are seeking a Senior Building Code Consultant to lead and deliver large-scale commercial projects (Class 2–9). You will bring strong technical expertise as well as leadership, mentoring, and client relationship skills. This role is suited to someone with proven experience in commercial projects who can manage projects end-to-end, engage with stakeholders, and contribute to the firm’s continued growth and reputation.

Responsibilities

- Lead and deliver large-scale commercial projects (Class 2–9) from inception to completion.
- Provide technical expertise in building codes and compliance.
- Mentor junior staff and lead project teams.
- Manage client relationships and contribute to business development.

Qualifications

- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver large commercial projects (Class 2–9).
- Strong technical knowledge across building codes and compliance.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.




- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Business development capability and confidence dealing with clients.
