What To Expect

Join a cross-functional team focused on growing and supporting Tesla's residential energy business through our Certified Installer (CI) partner network. As a full-time Inside Sales professional, you'll manage and develop relationships with Tesla Certified Installers (value-added resellers of Tesla residential energy solutions). This is a fantastic opportunity to begin your career in Energy sales.

You'll onboard new partners, provide sales guidance, collaborate with distributor teams, and drive indirect channel growth in a dynamic, fast-evolving technology environment. We value strong product/market knowledge, creativity, passion, a rock-solid work ethic, and a genuine desire to help transform energy use on the grid.

This position is based at our new Red Hill office location.

What You'll Do

- Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with partner accounts and key contacts
- Guide newly onboarded CIs through training and Tesla’s Partner Portal to accelerate their first Powerwall sale/installation and build consistent sales momentum




- Highlight the unique value and advantages of Tesla energy solutions versus competitors
- Proactively engage Certified Installers with updates on products, applications, sales operations, and procedures to drive business growth
- Handle incoming B2B inquiries, troubleshooting issues related to distributors, service, configuration, and system design
- Identify high-performing customers eligible for the Premium CI program
- Deliver sales training and product updates both in-person and remotely via Microsoft Teams
- Collaborate directly with top-performing CI sales teams to increase proposals, close rates, project sizes, and shorten sales cycles

What You'll Bring

- High energy and enthusiasm for growing our indirect channel sales
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience with demonstrated exceptional ability
- Excellent verbal, written, and documentation skills
- Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
- Energy industry experience preferred
- Deep passion for transforming how we use energy on the electric grid
