We’re currently looking for a Specialist, Business Support to help drive operational excellence, strengthen compliance, and uplift the quality of CTP claims processes across IAG. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring claims are set up, processed, and managed accurately and efficiently, supporting frontline Consultants and Team Leaders across all jurisdictions and contributing to safer outcomes for our customers and communities.
This is a permanent full‑time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney), with an expectation of working for 3 days fortnightly in the office.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver accurate, timely and compliant claims processing and specialist task management across all CTP jurisdictions.
- Manage inbound requests and workflow items end‑to‑end, ensuring high data quality, correct coding and smooth customer outcomes.
- Identify process, customer or performance issues and channel insights through established continuous improvement pathways.
- Collaborate effectively with Consultants, Team Leaders and specialist teams to support consistent ways of working and strong delivery outcomes.
- Build constructive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including Compliance, Business Improvement, regulators and other insurers.

What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated experience in operations or administrative roles.
- Strong understanding of CTP legislation, regulations and guidelines (NSW, ACT; familiarity with SA beneficial).
- Solid attention to detail with a high compliance and quality focus.
- Effective organisation and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confident communication skills with proven ability to engage internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience within personal injury claims, CTP lodgement and/or processing operations would be advantageous.
