Our AutoNexus team is seeking a General Manager – Logistics to join our team in Sydney, Australia. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency and commercial success of the logistics business. You will inspire and lead the division to ensure we are the most effective and productive through our optimise pillar to enable the success of our OEM partners. This is delivered by leading people in a way that promotes our One Inchcape values and behaviours and delivers exceptional service.

What you’ll do

- Lead and execute the Accelerate+ strategy, building strong OEM partnerships and evolving the operating model to deliver an easy, effective, and enjoyable customer experience.
- Develop and deliver a 5‑year business plan driving year‑on‑year revenue, Operating Profit, and Return on Sales growth.
- Drive commercial performance through cost‑to‑serve efficiencies, investment optimisation, budget control, and compliance with minimum control frameworks and regulatory standards.
- Inspire high performance through values‑based leadership, fostering engagement, collaboration, and organisational alignment across teams.




- Design and optimise organisational structures and talent strategies to meet current and future business needs.
- Champion continuous improvement and lead complex change initiatives, including operating model transformation and communication strategies.
- Promote a strong safety culture by proactively managing risk, ensuring compliance with HSE standards, and upholding workplace health and safety responsibilities.

About you

- Minimum 10 years leadership experience demonstrating a significant contribution to business success.
- In depth understanding of the business as a whole or ability to quickly gain a credible understanding.
- Demonstrated experience in leading organisational change.
- Deep knowledge of the automotive industry and the competitive consumer landscape
- Strong Leadership, coaching and development skills with the ability to lead high performing teams.
- Ability to build relationships and manage multiple stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff and stakeholders
- Domestic and international travel as required
