About the role*

nOldmac Toyota Springwood is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administration andRegistration Clerk to join our high-performing and growing team. This is a full-time position. You will play a vital role in supporting daily dealership operations by ensuring accurate processing of vehicle sales documentation, processing vehicle registrations and providing general administrative assistance across the business.n
What you'll be doing*
Process vehicle sales from start to finish
Process vehicle registrations
Review contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Maintaining organised and up-to-date documentation and records
Liaising with internal departments to support smooth deal progression
Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
What we're looking for*
Demonstrated experience in an administrative role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
Vehicle registration experience (highly desirable)
Robust organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable manner




Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
High attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
