Brickfields is one of Sydney's top artisan bakeries. We're looking for casual Packing & Baking Assistants to join our growing team in Marrickville.

This is an excellent entry level role for future bakers and pastry chefs. Learn and work with the best!

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Assist baking & pastry team in all aspects of production
- Packing customers bread and pastry orders
- Some light cleaning duties

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Previous bakery experienced preferred but not essential
- Good physical condition with ability to lift heavy things in high places
- Basic literacy and numeracy to read packing slips and instructions
- Proficient spoken and written English
- Able to work unsupervised and to a schedule
- Able to work in a fast, efficient and organised manner

**SHIFT AVAILABILITY**:
Variety of shifts available, including:

- 5:00am-1:30PM (Baking and Packing)
- 12:30PM-8:30PM (Baking)
- 3:30PM-11:30PM (Packing) - Friday availability essential

Further aspects of the role:





- No graveyard shifts
- 6-8 hour shifts
- **Weekend availability essential**:

- 2-4 shifts per week available

**Salary**: From $28.26 per hour
