The Grounds of Alexandria is a landmark Sydney establishment, known for its in-house bakery serving our venues and Sydney's top cafes, restaurants, and retailers.
We are looking for a passionate baker to join our team and uphold our tradition of excellence.

Seeking passionate and skilled bakers who are proficient in creating high-quality, unique bakery products
You will work in a busy production environment and operate standard bakery equipment such as provers, stone baked ovens, and rack ovens.
The role includes afternoon and night shifts, offering a balanced schedule to maintain a stable work-life balance.
- **Who we are looking for**:_
A skilled baker with a Certificate III in Bakery and a minimum of 3-4
years of experience.

Experience working with specialty breads and pastries

Experience in operating bakery equipment.





Strong knowledge of food safety and workplace safety standards.

Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends.

Positive, well-presented, reliable, and enthusiastic about baking.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
