Client Account Manager – Social Media

Part - Time | Gold Coast | Social Media Agency | Real Estate Industry Focus

Are you highly organised, creative, and ready to take full control of client social media accounts in a fast-paced setting? We’re looking for a Client Account Manager (Social Media) to join our growing team at Social Lab. Real estate administration experience is highly preferred, as the majority of our clients operate within the property industry.

You’ll be the direct point of contact for your own portfolio of clients - primarily in the real estate space - managing their content calendars, strategy, and performance across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and more. This is a part-time role where autonomy, initiative, strong communication, and an understanding of real estate processes are key.

What You’ll Be Doing

- End-to-end management of client social media accounts (posting, scheduling, approvals)

- Daily communication with clients to provide updates, gather content, and build strong relationships





- Develop creative strategies to grow accounts and improve performance

- Use Canva, to create on-brand social content

- Analyse results and proactively suggest improvements

- Work autonomously while still being a key part of our collaborative team

- Ad Management (trained in house)

What We’re Looking For

- Real estate admin or previous marketing experience is highly regarded

- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines with elite organisation

- A self-starter with strong communication and creative thinking skills

- Confident in using tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and other scheduling platforms

- Team player who contributes to a fun and supportive workplace
