The Role: What the Job Entails

Your core responsibilities include:

- Team Leadership: Integrating seamlessly into the existing team and ensuring support staff are respected and supported.

- Patient Engagement: Building quick rapport and providing clear, confident communication to patients in a high-pressure setting.

- Operational Execution: Implementing and executing on daily Priceline pharmacy operational tasks

- Cultural Management: Maintaining a positive atmosphere during busy periods and ensuring the team remains motivated rather than "drained."

While your technical experience is important, we are looking for someone has these characteristics

Requirements

- Priceline Pharmacy Experience: Highly advantageous. Familiarity with our brand’s unique service mix and systems will allow you to integrate seamlessly.

- Proven Leadership: Experience managing retail teams, preferably in a health or pharmacy-related environment.

- Soft Skills Mastery: Excellent interpersonal capability

- Professionalism: A commitment to maintining high standards
