Safemaster Safety Products is a leading Western Australian company providing manufacturing, inspection and specialist height safety installations to commercial and industrial buildings throughout Australia. Our head office is currently located in Canning Vale with our sister company, Accent Safety Solutions, located in Melbourne. All manufacturing is done onsite at our factory in Canning Vale.
An amazing chance has become available for a suitably motivated Height Safety Installer to perform residential and commercial installation of anchor points, static lines and walkways for our new build contracts and upgrades to existing systems.
This position involves installation of height safety solutions including anchor points, platforms,
ladders and walkways, liaising with internal staff, site supervisors and project managers and discussing the specifics of their height safety equipment. This position suits someone with a background in roofing, carpentry or working at heights, and the use of fall arrest and rope access equipment.
To be successful for this position, you must possess the following:
- Drivers License - this is essential due to travelling to site from head office each day in a company owned vehicle. You must be able to get to our head office in Canning Vale for a 6am start
- Experience within the construction industry
- Working at Heights accreditation
- Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card)
- Excellent communication and team work skills
- Positive and proactive approach to safety
You will be required to be medically fit and pass routine drug and alcohol testing.
