We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Exercise Physiologist to join our supportive multidisciplinary team.

Job Summary:

The Exercise Physiologist will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized exercise programs for patients with chronic diseases, post-surgical recovery needs, and other medical conditions. This role involves assessing patient fitness levels, designing safe and effective exercise regimens, and providing education and support to promote healthy lifestyle changes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' fitness levels and medical histories.

- Develop individualized exercise programs tailored to each patient's needs and goals.

- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting exercise plans as necessary.

- Provide education on the perks of exercise and healthy lifestyle choices.

- Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists,



and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.

- Stay current with the latest research and trends in exercise physiology and related fields.

- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology,

- Certification by ESSA

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in an outpatient department.

- Strong understanding of chronic disease management, rehabilitation, and therapeutic exercise.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
