- Salary $115,000 to $120,000 (subject to relevant exp)

THE ROLE

As the HR Advisor you will be responsible for supporting the full Spectrum of HR functions with key focus on end to end Compensation and Benefits (C&B;), Performance Management, Employee Full Life Cycle and Work Health & Safety.

- Support organisational development and development of a superior workforce.

- Ensure and promote Fair Work Employment practices and health and safety of the workforce.

- Ensure compliance to all HR labour and employment laws, policies and procedures.

- Ensure smooth administration of employee compensation, rewards and provision.

- Provide backup support to the Payroll Officer.

- Change management.

ABOUT YOU

- Tertiary level HR qualifications is essential.

- A good understanding of Fair Work Ombudsman.





- A minimum of six years of experience in HR and/or payroll management.

- Previous experience in the role of HR Advisor and be able to demonstrate complete understanding of the position.

- End to end payroll processing and HR generalist experience.

- Understanding payroll and HR legislation and processes.

- Understanding the legalities of business law in relation to HR and employee employment rights and now to apply them within your day to day work, company policy documentation and staff welfare.

- Tactful and discrete when dealing with people and confidential information.

- Unrestricted Australian Work Rights (citizen or permanent resident).

- Advanced use of MS Office Suite and payroll/CRM systems.
