About the Role

You will be the go-to admin support for our accounting team, helping ensure clients receive timely, accurate, and qualified service. Your responsibilities will include:

- Liaising with clients via phone and email

- Supporting ASIC and ATO lodgements

- Managing team workflow,



job tracking and deadline coordination

- Drafting and processing client invoices

- Preparing and maintaining client documents and correspondence

- General office and admin support
