Role Overview: As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first and last point of contact for our patients, playing a crucial role in delivering exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and assisting patients with a warm and professional demeanor

- Managing accurate bookings for procedures

- Updating and maintaining patient profiles

Key Requirements:





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle a variety of tasks and manage time effectively

- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends as part of the roster

- Previous experience in medical administration is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
