Key Responsibilities

Interpret architectural and construction plans to prepare accurate estimates and schedules.

Maintain a strong focus on detail, ensuring all estimates and schedules meet client and company standards.

Provide expert advice and insights based on your industry knowledge and experience.

What We Are Looking For

Experience in estimation, scheduling,



or a related field within the construction industry.

Ability to read and interpret plans with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in using computer systems; experience with Bluebeam is highly desirable.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

A background as a carpenter or tradesperson is advantageous, particularly for those seeking to transition into an office-based role.

A proactive and solutions-focused attitude.
