About the Role

This is a key customer-facing role within our business. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for customers, assisting with enquiries, coordinating bookings, and ensuring a positive experience from the moment they contact Arbor Centre.

Working closely with our Sales and Operations teams, you’ll help ensure enquiries and jobs are managed efficiently while providing general administrative support to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

This role reports to the Sales Manager and is based at our Head Office in Perth.

What You'll Be Doing

As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll help ensure enquiries and bookings are handled smoothly and professionally.

Your responsibilities will include:





- Answering customer enquiries via phone and email

- Listening to customer needs and directing them to the right service or team member

- Scheduling and coordinating customer bookings using our cloud-based systems

- Recording and updating customer information accurately

- Working with internal teams to resolve enquiries and deliver great outcomes

- Supporting the Sales and Operations teams with administrative tasks

- Maintaining documentation such as tree purchase agreements and registers

- Assisting with general office coordination (mail, uniforms, supplies, PPE etc.)

- Providing light financial admin support (documentation coordination only)

- Participating in team meetings and contributing to continuous improvement

- Learning about Arbor Centre’s services and developing knowledge of arboriculture

No prior tree industry experience is required — we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

You will ideally bring:

- Previous customer service or contact centre experience

- A friendly, professional phone manner





- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

- Great organisation and problem-solving skills

- Confidence using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)

- The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently

- Strong attention to detail and time management

- A valid driver’s licence

The Details

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000
Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 4:00pm
Location: Arbor Centre Head Office, Perth
